too much politics going on no transperancy about company direction and decisions people get fired for no reason mandatory clock ins and clock outs have to be in the office every day

As per other reviews, Upper management is a complete joke - very inexperienced new power tripping managers running the place (and their employees) to the ground. Extremely unreasonable expectations with zero transparancy to key performance indicators that would help employees gauge their own success - they basically just want you to jump when you are told to jump. HUGE employee turnover rate because they treat employees like slaves unless you are a favourite. Zero flexibility, zero compassion, you're not a human being here - you're just another employee that nobody cares about. This sounds dramatic but I've never worked for a place that has felt less human than this place. Avoid this company like a plague - you don't deserve that kind of stress in your life.
