      Great team, amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Massive layoff a few days after CEO sending a Slack message saying that there’s nothing to worry about. Just let go of extremely talented and dedicated people.

      The company has friendly people, decent pay

      Cons

      Very immature leadership. They were hiring like crazy shortly before laying off over 35% of their employees. Nobody saw it coming except the exec team, who apparently didn't mind firing 35% of their employees if things go wrong, especially the new joiners. Transparency is definitely not one of their values. Join this company only while continuing to look elsewhere
