Pros
I have been at BouMatic for 11 years now. I started as a Product Manager and am now director but also have worked in the Marketing Department. The main thing I have found about BouMatic is that if there is a direction you would like to take, a new skill you would like to try, they are always open to finding a way to help you get there. If you have the initiative, the management will be there to support you. The people here really care about the dealers and the dairymen. Everyone wants their job to make a difference and here it really can make a difference. The people here are great to work with and the majority of the time there is a real team atmosphere.
Cons
Over the years, there have been times when staffing gets a little light and workloads can become heavy. But that is not an 'always' situation and management does rectify it.
