Pros
25% discount after 3 months probation , No big sales during holidays therefore less hours to spend on prepping sale Christmas Eve. Promotes from within. Fun product to work with. Paperless company, as a manager you have your own office, computer, scanner, copier, therefore everything you need is a click away.
Cons
District Manager was micro managing. Had to work alongside incompetent managers who are highly paid. Always loses good people and for some reason keeps hold of the bad ones and then pays them more so they don't go as well (again it depends on the district manager). Constant emails to read from a million departments and then they contradict themselves which doubles our workloads!
