Pros

There are no pros. None whatsoever.

Cons

It’s just a bizarre place to work. They invited me for an interview totally out of the blue. I never applied to work there but they saw my cv online and invited me to an interview. The interview was scheduled for 7am which is crazy really but I thought let’s see what they’re about. I get there and they are playing really loud music. Felt like I had walked into a day time rave. The guy interviewing is supposedly one of the managers. He takes me and a couple of others to a coffee shop to chat to us about the company and how quickly you can rise to become a top executive if you’re great at selling. He says newcomers will get paid a certain amount of money to cover travel for the first two weeks. After this you’ll be paid only when you sell. Nothing was put in writing so there’s absolutely no guarantee you’ll get paid. I decided to give it a few days to see if this was a line of work I could really get into. After a few days of walking all around high streets trying to sell stuff to independent business owners, I could see this wasn’t the sort of work (if you could call it work) I wanted to be doing. In the mornings they are all shouting as they rev themselves up before going out to sell a product. It’s a totally unappealing environment to work in (for me anyway). They encourage you to be in really early like 7.30am and work late, Saturdays as well. They sell you the pipe dream that you’re onto something big and that you’re not ambitious if you don’t stick with it. It’s a con. It’s a sales job for which you will only get paid if you sell. There’s no clarity and no written agreement to give you any guarantees.

Pros

if you like cults and being scammed go for it

Cons

- they prey on vulnerable, bright university students seeking employment, exploit and abuse them for profit and to treat terribly - runs as a cult with no way out - the same Khushnam Singh Sanghera has three other companies Liberty outsourcing, bounce outsourcing and bone & marrow, they are now operating under the name TouchPoint Agency to abuse employees

Pros

+ Friendly and helpful colleagues to practice sales pitch and give feedback on pitch delivery and assistance when doing work outdoors with recruiting clients. + Interview was clear-cut on what sort of qualities you need to succeed - Human touch, persistence/tenacity and communication skills (though was 7am in the morning)

Cons

- Salary entirely commission based (LITERALLY somedays you can make zero) - Wake up 7am to head to office. The reason you have to wake up and head-in to office is to practice sales pitch meh (and when you arrive you're required to practice your sales pitch in the training room which blasts LOUD music enough to make your voice GONE or at least sore). - Standing all day to chase/sell to customers (feet will hurt especially as its compulsory you wear shoes) - Face-to-face and outdoor marketing (especially not ideal in covid) - Leave work at 7-8pm (no work to life balance and if u decide to not do socials your day is over to repeat the dreadful sales day ahead) - Lure with prospects of promotion (but in reality your not going to reach that point in several months+ spoken
