Pros
-great place to work at if you love kids! A lot of this kids end up returning so they become your "friends" -love the majority of my co-workers. Everyone is around the same age so it's easy to become friends with people. It feels like we're one big family -free food when party's leave it (pizza, cake, fruit, subs) -very flexible with your schedule -not a difficult job. Everyday is different so you don't get bored -mostly friendly people -minimum wage for every shift other than a party
Cons
-the pay ($6.50 an hour) for parties does suck sometimes because you are relying on your tip that the host parents leave for you -you get attached to kids so you never want to quit, even when you know it's time to get a better paying job
