Pros

There is nothing great after accolite acquired Bounteous. I know you all say its merger, but its basically accolite policies swallowing Bounteous ones.

Cons

Recently accolite digital acquired Bounteous. They call it is merger, but most Bounteous people know it is actually acquisition by a low standard India company called accolite. Now all Bounteous policies are being transformed to accolite ones. This year they made people wait for 4 months for the appraisals and we know what we are going to get. I feel so sorry for the Bounteous management that they could not take own decision when they performed well last fin year. Now taking the burden of accolites low performing business losses into Bounteous heads and entire Bounteous is suffering due to this. They have laid off people from US team also. So who ever is planning to join this company assuming this is Bounteous standards, guys beware, else you will cry in future.

Pros

Solid healthcare benefits package for fulltime employees and fully remote work culture. You find yourself working with (some) talented individuals from all over the world. HR talks a good talk about offering training and social programs to employees. Never a dull moment & there is always more work to do. Growth opportunities are plentiful when leadership expects you to work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Plenty of industry wide and client exposure, if desired.

Cons

Administrative routine tasks required of every consultant while you're juggling heavy workloads for client. No real training for product managers nor tangible social initiatives / benefits offered by HR. Too many layers of leadership, inconsistent reporting & management structure, and incompatible employee databases when companies are acquired and merged together. The most knowledgeable coworkers get burnt out from carrying the project(s) while they continue to get pulled into new business develop or beta testing/estimations work.
