Work is phenomenal out there

Nothing really is bad out there

Small team of 25, but very close knit. Very relaxed and fun place to work with a lot of banter. No one takes themselves seriously and they often take advantage of their central London location with drinks on a monthly basis. Employees rarely leave so if you get an interview here then I implore you to grasp the opportunity with both hands

Like with any place with a small team, it is very tough to become a manager unless you have been there many years. For central London the pay isn't amazing but great work life balance
