Pros

Daily inbound marketing leads of companies that want to hire. Team of dedicated technical recruiters you can choose to assign to specific positions. Great support from leadership who keep an open ear to anything you're seeing in client interactions and in the CRM that could be improved and actually implement it. Fully remote opportunity without micromanagement. Direct support from CEO who is a true sales SME. Flexibility for life events.

Cons

The job can be demanding at times which can affect work life balance at times with clients and recruiters in all 3 time zones

Pros

Working at Boutique Recruiting has been such a positive experience both professionally and personally. The culture is incredibly collaborative and supportive, and management truly invests in helping their team succeed. The processes, training, and technology in place make it much easier to scale your desk and work efficiently, which allows recruiters to focus on building relationships and delivering results. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility and trust the company gives its employees. I’ve been able to grow a successful career while also being present as a mom, which is something that’s hard to find. The leadership team genuinely cares about their people, encourages growth, and creates an environment where hard work is recognized and supported. It’s a fast-paced, motivating company with great people, strong infrastructure, and a culture that makes you want to stay long term.

Cons

All companies have their pain points at some point in time but I really cant say there are any cons about working here. You get what you put into it.
