Even given the challenges all companies face in the remote/virtual era, this is a company that has maintained a very solid and supportive culture, evidenced by how long so many of the employees have been with the company (not just in/out job hoppers, but people who have been there 6, 10, 15+ years). Everyone is talented, caring, and committed to doing great work and the company is upleveling its capabilities and the learning experiences for its people. A great mix of loyal clients that hire the company to take on interesting work.

Dealing with some "good problems to have" as a result of its healthy position in the market and strong organic growth among both new and existing clients. The company is making efforts to hire and train new people in a variety of roles to support the increase in work that has come our way.
