Terrible experience, super weak leadership - Manager Bowmar Employee Review

I saw no vision, no leadership, no commitment, and no sense of urgency, but lots of feel-good empty speeches, cupcakes, and endless meetings. The owners apparently had no confidence in the CEO or senior management. Forget the CEO's review here -- she's already gone to another company. Never been so let down, felt so betrayed and backstabbed before. Can't imagine any future there. Even the old building is literally crumbling from decades of neglect. I saw the warning signs and wont make that mistake again.
