Pros
- Good pay (better than my last job at least) - Good benefits (commute stipend, lunch stipend, etc) - Very competent and intelligent people to work with - Work culture is very autonomous but collaborative. No one is breathing down your back but you’re expected to be proactive and take initiative. - Lots of interdepartmental collaboration, it’s not rare to have multiple teams working together to close a deal (large deal) - Not cutthroat, very team-centric - The product is genuinely good and useful
Cons
- All I can think about now is turning unstructured data into actionable insights. My wife left me and took custody of the kids because I wouldn’t stop obsessing over the future of the agentic workforce and how much content is underutilized in our day to day. - No 401k match
