Wonderful learning environment that encourages skill building at all levels. Provides lateral & upward mobility, and encourages employees to use their resources to achieve career goals. Genuinely feel like our team's managers have a finger on the pulse and want to make work better for everyone.

Cons

Not as much pay as other organizations. The trainings on workplace decorum tend towards cursory and shallow (very norm-centric).
