Pros

B2B Commission based salary. Work as much, and as hard as you want to and the sky is the limit. There is no cap on your income. This is a very flexible job in the sense that you manage your own time. If you have children or have other obligations, you can manage your time around the things that are important to you. There is a very efficient system in place, with a web-site and Back Office. The CEO has integrity, vision, and focus that is passed on to the Regional Management team. There is plenty of support and encouragement to reach your goals. The company is very organized, and I'm always paid on time.

Cons

Commission based salary. (Notice, I believe this a pro and a con). If you don't work hard, and work very little, you will not make a worthwhile income. You have to be self-disciplined. Set money aside for your taxes (it's best to work with a tax professional/CPA). * I would rather "suffer" with these cons, than work a 9-5 low-paying job that isn't flexible with my family life.

Pros

1) I love the culture. The tone is always positive and supportive. Management strives to help you succeed. 2) The job allows for schedule flexibility, enabling a healthy mix of work and family life. 3) They've developed a great concept, with proven methods to make it work. Follow the program and you're likely to succeed. 4) They provide a very generous commission structure. 5) Payment is reliably accurate and always on time. 6) Upper management is always willing to listen to new ideas. 7) Assuming you enjoy getting out and talking to people, this is a very fun job. 8) They consistently hire from with, so there's always a possibility for advancement.

Cons

1) This is a direct sales position and it involves cold calling local businesses, in person and (to a lesser degree) by telephone. It can be a lot of fun, but it's not for everyone. If you're not comfortable with the concept of cold calling, this may not be the best option for you. 2) The position requires self-discipline and a solid work ethic. If you lack these traits, it could be a challenge for you. 3) This is a contract position, so you need to be willing and able to plan for your own taxes.
