If you like the circus then this might be for you, but in all seriousness avoid like the plague to protect your mental health and general well being. This company is to be avoided at all costs and even clients are realising it’s not a good place to be.
Cons
High turnover and toxic nasty management which do not respect personal time of staff members. Expected to work like a dog and also fork out expenses for overnight stays and travel for business. Teams are well aware of directors with micromanagement style tactics that will openly bully and belittle colleagues infront of others during team calls. Don’t even expect a lunch break if you work here. They don’t value good hard working people. Directors arent very good at what they do and go on previous corporate experience to the detriment of the team. You will be chucked under a bus if goal posts change suddenly and management need to cover tracks. Please stick with your instinct and avoid at all costs.
