Pros

- Met great people, built great dynamics with my immediate colleagues.

Cons

- If you are not important, then you do not matter and are disposable. - Long hours without overtime compensation, and when bringing up the issue with superiors, the excuse seems to be that they are a start up and this is what is expected. Working 10+ hours a day + weekends isn't considered normal, especially at a sub-par pay. Working during statutory holiday without any further pay premiums can be expected as well. - No performance reviews, no incentives to work harder, the only time you'll hear from them is when something, usually out of your control, goes wrong. - Employee requests are pushed aside for months at a time, forcing them to use personal computers for a very long period of time before a work computer is ordered, vacation pay discrepancy is nothing new here, excessively late filing of the ROE is the norm, even if the law states it must be submitted with last pay. - Lower than average pay grade, with no benefits (there's a preliminary benefits program now available after being promised endlessly), having to use personal equipment, no overtime pay, no bonus/incentive or reward for hard work, and a greedy CEO whos good at pretending that the company is going in the right direction/

Pros

The company has flexible hours and allows you to cancel your shift 24 hours before it begins. If you finish your delivery before your time is up and there are no more boxes at the warehouse for delivery they will pay you the remaining hours and you can go home. Customer service agents are extremely nice, caring and always willing to help.

Cons

A lot of times they send you to locations quite far and the distance between your last destination to your house could be 40 minutes which is non paid. They cancel your shift 12 hours before it begins and only pay you half the hours scheduled which is not profesional at all. Obviously, if we took 4 hours we have budgeted accordingly. The routes are not given to employees automatically which is not fair as some employees receive shifts in the west island much more often than others. The scheduler gets filled in a minute. You barely get the shift you want. Shifts chosen get cancelled quite often which is starting to become unacceptable as my whole week is planned based of thise shifts. Will probably start looking to work elsewhere.
