Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

A lot of favoritism and language barriers if you dont speak Spanish. The good managers and good office hr people left and now its even worse. The new managers talk all day and dont help and the new hr dont care if there is a problem. Some managers are very mean and ignore you when you ask for help. The break room is actually a cage so that should tell you what they think of the warehouse employees. They do not care about you!!!

Pros

Boxzooka has been a fantastic place to work so far! It’s clear that they genuinely care about their employees. I’ve had the chance to meet the CEO, who was an absolute pleasure, and the COO stands out as someone who truly values employee satisfaction. They’re committed to ensuring you have the tools and support needed to succeed. What I appreciate most is their focus on creating an inclusive environment and their drive to become an employer of choice. While I did take a significant pay cut to join the team, I’m happy to be part of a company that prioritizes its people and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Pros

Free coffee and if you work at night there is no upper management howling down your back. Everyone plays the "nice" person to your face.

Cons

I could give it zero stars I would. This place is a revolving door. The CEO is either all involved or not at all and would disappear for months - only to want to change everything when he was there. Job security and advancement is based on popularity who has the loudest mouth, not on work performance, knowledge, or experience. I have seen hundreds of people, including temps, come and go. This is not a big company to have this much turnover. Many false promises and many people supervising that don't know how to talk to people. Supervisors have a lot of favoritism here. If English is your only language the majority speak different dialects of Spanish here.
