      Pros

      Hard-working and supportive team. Leadership is very caring and attentive. Tend to shape roles around the people, not the other way round. Nice broad client base in a range of industries Good energy in the office Advancing tools and integrations into process.

      lots of ongoing projects at once, requires good management Small office.
