      Benefits are ok, coworkers are usually good. Management is usually there to listen to everything.

      Takes too long to build up benefits. Back breaking work.

      Pros

      Won't require much from you other than a good work ethic, given that the pay/benefits are decent. Working 4 - 10's is awesome especially when Fridays are usually offered as OT regularly. Even if you simply want to volunteer to do repairs amd cleaning.

      Cons

      The Bag Plant is definitely an afterthought in the view of most superiors. No advancement opportunities. This job is all you've got to look forward to and it doesn't offer many useful skills to use elsewhere.
