Pros

Brabners is a comfortable choice for many people who work here. If you have worked here a long time it's hard to detach yourself from the people who work here as you all become great friends and colleagues. There is a bonus scheme and you can earn up to 32 days holiday depending on length of service. The company actively encourages staff to get on well with each other by holding monthly staff drinks just after payday and by holding an annual staff conference in a posh hotel somewhere all expenses paid! Etc etc. They are big on raising money for charity and any charity that they vote to represent for 12 months gets brabners full dedication with money raising events

Cons

It doesn't always feel as though all staff are treated fairly in regards to pay and career progression. A lot of staff agree that pay is better elsewhere even with the. Bonus scheme and some say that they have had to take pay cuts in order to come to brabners for whatever reasons they may have chosen to do so. Many usually in the hope that they can increase they pay over time. Pay rises seem to be non existent unless you include the 1% annual cost of living rise
