      Pros

      Paid monthly, staff discount. Cigarette breaks

      Cons

      Over worked, no overtime pay, carry other people, to much gossiping and back stabbing, manager has zero control over staff. Toxic atmosphere. Constantly over worked and taking on the work of supervisor. Increasing staff turn over. Now being told we may have to work bank holidays.

      Pros

      Few staff are kind and do not engage in gossiping or adhere to the negative nature within the company. sales and discounts can be generous at times.

      Cons

      there is an unhealthy culture within the company that encourages gossiping and spreading of misinformation. working overtime and not having enough staff on shift is common. overworked for not a proper living wage. Overall the place is incredibly unorganized and I would only recommend this job as a part-time job; it only seems to be worth the trouble when you hold no responsibility.
