      Great culture Progression opportunities are realistic and achievable Good annual leave and commission structure

      Cons

      Long hours, most have to work extra hours to hit targets. Office located in middle of Brighton so can be expensive to travel. Lots of changes internally

      There are parts of your success and failure in a position that are out of your control. Part and parcel of working with people and in Sales though.
