The Health insurance is decent

Cons

Several issues: do not promote within, fear based reinforcement, threats of termination for any infraction, no communication throughout regarding work schedule or changes . Policies will be ignored if doesn’t suit current wants and needs .there is a lack of teamwork, if assistance is needed it is ignored. guidelines are ignored.
