Pros
Very good benefits Flexible scheduling Promotes from within Company has been around for 100+ years. Many people in the company do care about their job and their customers. They are actively working to improve one the Cons I mention below (slow to embrace new technology)
Cons
Sales Reps are treated like rock stars, and are a given a free pass on everything as long as they are moving units. A lot of back stabbing and people who are paranoid about losing face or being fired. People who have been with the company for 20+ years and demand things be done a certain way without providing any good reason for doing so and without any openness to discuss change. They are a multi-billion dollar company that cannot afford to purchase basic office supplies and equipment. Was frequently told to bring things like pens, paper, kleenex, from home. Very slow to adapt to new technology, many of their products have not been revamped since the 90s and it is often times embarassing to have to talk to customers about why our products still use USB-to-Serial adapters and run Windows CE Poor training.
