      Pros

      Good work life balance, great set of people to work with. Feels like a family business. Lots of different businesses

      Cons

      Very insular culture - don't really understand that the rest of the world has moved on and there are different ways to doing things. Too conservative and cannot grow well because of this. Bean counters run the company
