Pros
I’ve worked for couple top Fortune 500 companies in the past. I can honestly say Brady has been the best company I’ve ever worked for so far. It’s always nervous switching to a new company. They always sell you the dream during the interview process and it usually offs short of the reality. I’ve actually felt that Brady under promised and over delivered. I never thought I would have a pension. I receive free money for my HSA. The amazing part has been the constant message about growing into the role. During my interview process, I was told it would take a year or so to really learn the role. I was told to be patient and don’t kill myself trying to learn everything in a day. The message has been constant through my manager, training, and mentorship. I was shocked that we spent time in our training class to talk about work life balance, patience in the role, and time management for our families. I’m extremely blessed to be with Brady.
Cons
The on-boarding process was a little rough due to being remote. Luckily, I’m good with technology and learning systems fairly quickly. It could be very stressful for someone isn’t as comfortable with technology.
