I find the team and management great to work with. I am in a role where I am stretching my knowledge and I am given the right mix of autonomy and support. It is a fast moving environment and one needs to be able to work quickly and with detail. I feel I am trusted and my manager is always looking for me to develop ideas and new ways of working. It is not like a usual law firm and there are not the common obstacles to progression.

I found sometimes the 121 process was a little irregular. That seems to be getting better but it does take up some time. Not sure everyone liked the process The law firm is a specialist in its area. Whilst this can be a positive I found this can mean there not the variety of projects or work types that perhaps exist in a commercial multi disciplined scheme
