Pros

- Flexible Hours depending on your department. - Paid Vacation - 401k Match to 4%

Cons

- Most of the management here doesn't seem to know what they're doing so they're poor at planning, waste a bunch of time, and don't provide the resources necessary to get the jobs done that they want, this includes personnel. - Because management doesn't know how to plan for the long term (or negotiate contracts apparently), they end up with more work than their team can handle, forcing groups into mandatory overtime (56+ hour/wk), causing everyone to become ill because it is an open working floorplan, so everyone is coughing and touching each other. Doesn't matter to management though since most of them are in another building, or if they're in the work heavy building, they have their own offices to shield them, so who cares? They treat hourly employees as work animals that are good to whip with the promise of a grassy field only to send you off to the glue factory when you're too sick to work anymore. They don't value whatever you bring to the table. They'd rather just replace you with another person they'll spend months training, despite how much it will slow down production output. - Worst thing is upper management will gang up on employees, demoralize, and kick them back into place. They overwork and abuse employees and if you bring it up, 5-7 of them, including HR, will corner you in a room, bully you, and then forget about it because you really don't matter. All they care about is getting their salaries. They'll make promises to clients about work that is supposed to get done in a minuscule amount of time because hey, they don't have to do it. The company preaches Christian values, but in the way upper-management works, I don't see any values of grace, compassion, uplift, or care being shown. - Management will attempt to manipulate employees in whatever ways possible. They lie about the benefits package and include your breaks as part of your "benefits" and add that into how much they're paying you yearly when that's still just your hourly wage. They will attempt to guilt you, they will attempt to demoralize you, they will under value and ignore your skills, assets, abilities, and work while demanding you use them.
