Love the coworkers they have ! Also high paying position if you have experience

I really don’t know I only did it in summer

Flexibility in hours, decent pay, BCBA was alright, child was good; though very spoiled; but I enjoyed seeing the child grow during my tenure.

Company doesn’t provide an ounce of benefits for their workers, BCBA was good, but had no management skills and did not know how to handle problematic parents; instead passing the blame on to me and never communicating with me on issues. I was blindsided. Parents can be difficult as well. Their child does not wrong and everyone else is wrong.
