Pros
I had the opportunity to do my very first internship at Brained as a Sales Intern, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my journey. The work culture is simply amazing. The team bonds so well together that you never feel out of place, even as an intern. Everyone is approachable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive, which makes learning and contributing so much easier. What stood out the most for me was how welcoming the environment felt. There were many days when I found myself staying back late, not out of compulsion, but because I genuinely enjoyed the work and the people I was surrounded with. The energy in the office, the team spirit, and the encouragement to push yourself while still having fun is what makes Brained truly special. For anyone looking for a place where you can grow, learn, and be part of a team that feels like family, I’d definitely recommend Brained. My internship has given me good memories, valuable skills, and a lot of respect for the company and its people.
Cons
As an intern, I would have appreciated more cross-functional exposure to get a deeper understanding of how different departments contribute to the business. Structured training sessions and tool-based learning could help interns ramp up faster and apply practical skills more effectively. A chance to explore different functions beyond the assigned role would add great value for interns looking to understand the bigger picture.
