Pros

They seem like they are legit- the training seems like they are legit and then they ask for info to do a background check- which is fine ordinarily- I've been fingerprinted many times for teaching positions. They ask for a consumer report with your social security # via Justifacts- which is not how any real schools do criminal background or verification checks. AVOID.

Cons

SCAM- asks for consumer reports to probably steal your ss#.

Pros

I admire their mission to close the gaps in academics.

Cons

-I did 10-12 hours of training without pay. -I was under the impression is was $45 an hour as stated on a LinkedIn Post, and it was $33.75/ "engagement". I never saw dime. -What was the straw that broke the camel's back for me was after following their instructions they somehow couldn't allow me to move forward and actually get to the tutoring. It was played around for an entire month when I should've looked for other jobs on the side. Shame on me I guess. - I was getting misleading information, I was told on three separate occasions I was approved and starting in two hours giving me a anxiety attack because I would be away from home and not at a computer. This was indeed false and their team was not keeping track of where applicants were in the onboarding process. Any tutoring contract jobs, just avoid at all costs.
