Pros

Sometimes I was able to work from home

Cons

It is shocking that a company that is supposed to improve mental health can be se horrible! My closest boss was one of the owners. No guidance or help but micro managing details. She was demanding a lot. The salary was low and the environment horrible.

Pros

-Warm, welcoming, and cozy office environment -Flexibility in working locations — while in-office presence is preferred, there's understanding and accommodation when needed -A genuinely supportive approach to sick days — no guilt, no pressure, just encouragement to rest and recover -Office dogs that bring extra joy to the workday -Exceptionally kind and supportive colleagues who foster a positive team atmosphere -Passionate, dedicated professionals who also know how to have fun and keep things lighthearted -As someone with ADHD and ASD, I can confidently say this company truly understands and supports neurodivergence -I feel empowered and safe — accommodations are made without hesitation, and support is always available -Flat hierarchy that promotes ownership and autonomy over your work -High level of trust — you’re given responsibility and included in transparent decision-making

Cons

-Not exactly a con, but due to the company’s smaller size, things can move quickly and often require a hands-on approach — this might not suit everyone -The open and direct communication style here is something I personally value, but for someone not used to that level of transparency, it could feel a bit intense at first

Pros

I worked in a small, fast-moving tech team and grew my skills enormously while working in improving mental health worldwide. The leadership allowed us to be autonomous, and the company offered perks like cozy breakfasts and paid rest days.

Cons

In-office setup, but they are flexible and understanding.
