Busy and Store Managers care about you. They care about the customers.

Cons

Nobody regional or above cares about you even a little bit. Outside of the store they want you to screw everyone to ensure you make money.

It pays more than unemployment.

Cons

The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
