I worked as an intern and I had a blast doing it. The job is never boring.

Maybe the size/space, but it will get better.

The work environment is very friendly, positive and invites/promotes educational growth. The company holds work events that very fun and a great opportunity to try new things. There are many options to advance your knowledge including great mentoring and educational classes for eventually needed licenses and certificates to move on up in the company. The management does not see any questions as dumb and is always willing to use their experience to help you grow.

I do not see any Con's that a normal company does not have. They work with you if you need PTO, the hours are great and the best of all, the employees were all a pleasure to work with.
