Pros
The front line employees are the heart of this company. They are the most valuable asset this company has.
Cons
HR and Management are the company's greatest liabilities. The corporate culture is extremely punitive. Every negative review is pretty consistent across all sites : Cambridge, Lexington, and Alachua. Don't take my word for it, read them and draw your own conclusion. Poor management, reactionary and punitive responses to deviations, too many inexperienced hires that have no science or manufacturing background. A lot of employees without degrees or degrees in unrelated disciplines make for a cheap labor force . Their business model appears to be as follows: hire directors with science backgrounds then recruit semi-competent managers to direct the science with a cheap, inexperienced workforce utilizing on the job training. If a deviation occurs the standard CAPA is place blame (not identify the true root cause), fire low level employee, assure client problem has been resolved, plug in new low level employee from temp agency or local university. Nepotism is the absolute worse that I have ever experienced. There are pockets of employees in every department that have been hired due to whom they know and not what they know.
