Pros
Teamwork+Collaboration: There are many pros about working at Branch but I'd say one of the benefits that stand the most is opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams outside of your organization. This dynamic has given me the chance to practice my own area of expertise but at the same time learn from others and immediately see the impact of my work across the company. People: Coming to Branch and working with everyone in the office has been one of the best experiences I've had at Branch and overall in my career. Every single member of the team makes it so special and amazing to come into work that I'd rather come into the office than work from home, even when I have the flexibility to do so. Leadership Cares: Branch's leadership team is constantly connecting and syncing about how to make our work environment better. I've seen first hand how managers care about their team members and advocate for organization specific needs to foster an environment that is diverse and inclusive, with opportunities for growth, where employees feel values and part of the big picture, and where they're concerns are not only heard but addressed in some kind of way.
Cons
It is hard to think about a negative because my experience has been outstanding. But like every company on the planet, there's always room for improvement and opportunities to continue growing as a business. I wouldn't classify these as "cons" but more those aspects of the company that have improved over time and we're continuing our efforts to work on to make Branch a better workplace. - Formal work from home policy (today it is discretional/upon request) - Expand tuition reimbursement policy (increase allowance)
