Pros

Salary was above market. Annual leave days above market Strong product marketing team

Cons

Product has issues and does not work v well, which in turn make it difficult to manage clients. Company lost its direction with the leaving of founders Shrunk its SG and AU offices, move to remote work, and spend more resources in India. Now it feels more like an Indian company than a US company. Removed the whole customer success function which is taking 10 steps back.
