Agreed that the open PTO is a great perk, and we put a lot of time into making sure our compensation is competitive, so we are happy to hear that you found your pay to be fair during your time! We also know that leadership changes and layoffs, especially when it comes to the departure of founders and people you’re close to, can be really disruptive and impactful to the people still working there. These are not decisions that are made lightly, and it sounds like they negatively your experience at Branch, which is completely understandable. We are truly sorry that this led to you feeling like what you loved about the culture was no longer there. We appreciate your concern with the product as well, and our Product and Engineering teams are working hard to continue to innovate and keep our position as a market leader.
