Very outdated systems - due to lack of investment over the years and poor management. This has resulted in way too many manual workarounds (holding company back from growth) Despite the above, work demands always unrealistic thats fostered into an unfortunate blame culture. Thus leading to recurring high turnover of people leaving and this recurring cycle that can only be broken once senior management changes
