      Pros

      In an effort to be positive, I liked the hour long lunch.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of working for. Management are an absolute mess who have no clue what they need, never take responsibility and shift the blame onto anyone but themselves. The staff turnover is so high, every time you get back from the weekend you'll be working with a new person. There is no room or time for creativity, you'll just be churning out copies of product already in the market but in cheaper materials. And I should add, there are a plethora of rules that will make you feel like you're a child at school. Including no phones at your desk, allocated "break times" twice a day, and you will get told off for arriving at 09:02.

      Clocking out at the end of every day

      Too many to mention but overall the company is run by an egotistical maniac intent on making sure everyone knows who is boss however sadly he has very little actual talent in terms of what is required to run a successful business without the aid of striking the fear of god into your hardworking employees. Managers are suck ups to previously mentioned egotistical maniac who owns the company and throw lower down employees under the bus as if they were at a bowling alley. Overall atmosphere is terrible, the place is anxiety inducing due to multiple threatening emails sent by managers/egotistical maniac. In terms of product produced, this is rarely of a decent quality due to how many corners they want to cut in the sake of profit versus quality/safety etc.

      Possibly the worst work experience of my career. The owner is mental. His management team are fools. Horrible place. Dont do it.
