Pros

There is none. Even the location doesn't make up for how bad this organization is.

Cons

- rude employers - confused about the work - lack of direction - never understood my role or title - pay sucks - no benefits

Pros

I started my position at BrandFIT almost a year ago. I can honestly say it is a pleasure being apart of the team here. You are not micro-managed what-so-ever, you have two 15-minute breaks and an hour lunch. The office is a great space and has a beautiful view of the financial district. You ARE NOT monitored (able to work with headphones and can take washroom breaks whenever necessary). There is a great deal of opportunity for growth here. My two CEO's are extremely approachable, understanding and want you to succeed in day-to-day work as well as in your future. The have valuable knowledge of the industry and have a great work ethic. We have weekly meetings with the entire team to see where everyone is at in their work, if anyone needs help and they give feedback to help you with your current projects. When I read some of the comments below it is hurtful for the company that I work for as whole, the team involved and for my personal future. The negative reviews that are posted are not representative of BrandFIT AT ALL. They are not accurate and extremely untrue.

Cons

- Quiet office - 9 hour work days - Office can be chilly sometimes

Pros

Great location. That's it. Glassdoor needed 5 words+ for cons so here they are.

Cons

Everything else. They're operating in an industry they know nothing about and are hesitant to learn more and make any changes. They run their sales team of 1-2 people depending on what day you catch them at where some unsuspecting soul decides to work there for a few hours to a week before they decide to quit. They don't encourage their staff to build any relationships with any clients as they expect you to sit by the phone all day like a call centre. They also have a group of 10-15 interns who work there for 6 weeks where they get the majority of their unrewarding man-power from. Don't believe any glass door review as they're likely to be fake as I've heard they instruct their interns to write positive reviews. Everyone is instructed to be in really formal attire in an office where nobody talks or interacts with each other. Everyone is instructed to take lunches and breaks together. The CEO who leads a staff of under 10 refuses to acknowledge the existence of anyone until he decides to take out his frustration on his staff.
