Would not recommend - Design Engineer BrandFX Employee Review

As an engineer, you'll be doing a lot of non-engineering work that's extremely tedious and time consuming. Your work will not be rewarding and you will burnout pretty soon. Upper management, with the exception of a few individuals, does not have the qualifications to be in those positions, and it shows through a lack of skills and very poor decision-making. Shortsighted strategies fallback on engineers and it's a constant battle of fixing issues instead of doing root cause analysis. Work culture in the office is very toxic and hostile, which I believe contributes to the high turnover rate. Again, this is something that everyone is aware of, but they refuse to take any action. Lastly, pay was decent at first but the total raise I got over 5 years was about 1% Y-o-Y. You basically loose money to inflation because they don't even match that.
