Pros
Clean and Bright location, Periodic Employee Appreciation Raffles and progress meetings, intermittent production bonuses, Excellent HR staff,
Cons
Management unable to solve production issues namely; Permanently updating blueprints, addressing material flow issues, intermittent support for or quality fixes from upper management, contributing to recurring problems passing sub quality product condition on to client. Inventory and sales processes and programs unable to co-ordinate/interface successfully contributing to unrealistic client delivery dates, backed by incomplete materials for work orders and the loss of major clients AT&T for example and LOTS of finger pointing. This choatic and stressful environment made it impossible to retain Supervisor positions, such as Leads (At no point was anyone below management involved in prospective solutions) Leading to rounds of layoffs during the last 14 months followed by assurances from rotating COO's that all was well and that management was zeroing in on permanent solutions, to all our problems that the layoffs were at an end. Culminating in an apologetic delivery of the WARN act as we were informed that more than 30% of us were being layed off due to their unsuccessful attempts to solve our production issues.
