Pros
Flexible working hours - Great learning opportunities - A diverse base of clients - hard working and dedicated team of employees
Cons
While the work is excellent, the work culture is starkly the opposite - courtesy of those in charge of leadership.
The management style is... let’s say “experimental.” The founders have a uniquely passive-aggressive relationship where issues are discussed with everyone except each other. Leadership decisions are often based on impulse, ego, or whichever direction the wind is blowing that day.
The "Director" role is largely symbolic, handled by someone with no discernible digital experience, but plenty of enthusiasm for delegation (and zero for accountability). When things go south, the blame trickles down faster than your delayed salary.
Speaking of salaries, the management creates enticing illusions of recognition and acknowledgement that evaporate as quickly as they were made.
Increments - Only in promises, never in numbers.
There are no systems or processes in place. Deadlines float in limbo, responsibilities shift like sand, and employees are routinely left to clean up after leadership blunders.
Creative talent is undervalued and overworked.
Resources? Minimal. Promises to clients? Maximal.
The result?
A company that runs on overpromising, under delivering, and good old-fashioned panic.
