Pros

Transitioned to fully remote, competitive vacation, PTO, and sick, programs/systems to provide information, and some leadership truly care and invest in their employees.

Cons

Human Resources, VP of Operations, and some Operations Managers are toxic to the environment. There has been more turnover which was out of the ordinary. As owners stepped further away and passed the torch to others who were power hungry found ways to torment and treat the people who keep the business operating daily like they were expendable. That was never the companies culture. It is disappointing to see these changes. I am not upset at the company but I do hope they will see how unhappy the majority of their staff are due to being overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. They may not speak up because they are fearful of finding themselves unemployed. Branded Group really used to be THE Facilities company to work for. Even competitors have started to notice past Branded Group employees are leaving to move elsewhere with similar feelings. Underpaid and raises can be a joke. Being offered 1-3% or at times nothing at all. Doesn't make me want to go above an beyond.

Pros

The only pro is remote

Cons

Awful management, terrible pay, constant schedule changes Upper leadership and management do not care about their workers at all, and will nitpick and micromanage work because they have nothing better to do. Favoritism runs rampant here, and Ops Managers will do zero work, pass everything off to Supervisors, and then discipline them for not catering to their unfair directions. Pay raises were put on hold in 2024, and not expected to reutn until 2027, but I'm sure they will find a way to keep them on hold. Oh, and expect your schedule and daily tasks to change on a whim with no warning, and if you aren't able to accommodate them, they will fire you. Constant back and forth changes to policies - leadership will actively gaslight you and make you feel like you're thr problem. Terrible, terrible company and place to work.
