Slow growth in career. Most coordinators I know did what I did which is get their work / academic experience there, then leave for real growth. The promotion process from within is glacial (if there's movement at all) and there is a huge bias towards certain groups. If you fall outside those groups and want to better yourself career-wise, the best thing to do is leave.
