The work life balance is great, but only if you're in a department that values you and understands that some balance is required to ensure commitment from employees.
Cons
ITS is not valued across the University, but is highly depended on for absolutely everything. Executive leadership doesn't understand that this is the future of Education. It is incredibly disappointing on a regular basis.
