The managers in the office I worked in were super friendly, very understanding when life situations came up that required me to be absent, and encouraged employee development. Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed their job at Brandeis, and, as a result, the office culture, even among my co-workers, was positive. Excellent benefits also.
