Pros
The best part about working at Brandpoint is the amazing people here. There are incredibly talented people at Brandpoint and there is such a strong sense of community with so much support for each other (both in the workplace and outside of work).
The business is growing and continues to evolve with the market which is very exciting and leads to opportunities to grow in your career if you identify and seize them. It's also really fun, as we grow, to be able to help educate our clients and contribute to tangible business success for them.
During my time at Brandpoint I've seen a concerted effort to move from a sales-first organization to one that is focused on doing the right thing for clients and employees. There has been so much positive change in that focus as well as innovation in the work we're doing and I'm excited for where the company is heading.
Cons
Because there is consistent change in digital marketing, Brandpoint has to change with it to stay at the top. This change can bring exciting new opportunities for employees. But I also know some people don't deal well with change and that may be a turn-off. I will add that Brandpoint does a good job communicating and managing changes, especially over the last couple of years.
