The owners are nice and the salary was never late.
Cons
Most of the people in the managerial position have the worst attitude. Power-tripping and office politics are rampant and that it made trying to survive or even complete the contract extremely hard. Some should be replaced but the fact that majority of the people resign and these managers remain in position shows that it is hopeless to stay in that toxic work environment. Company policies are irrational, old and not employee-focused. It needs a lot of reconsideration and update but nothing was ever done to make it better. Salary is unfair and not based on merit or performance. Some benefits are given to few people who knows their way to the management. Company hierarchy is messed up and unorganized. Organizational chart is pretty much non-existent in practice.
